A happy face for a great visit

We had a great Chinese New Year, saw some amazing sights in Shanghai and Harbin, Pepper got to meet Kevin… it was a really amazing trip. Lots of reasons to smile!

The day that i left Shanghai we got Kevin off in a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Then about mid-day we went and picked up Jordan from his sleep-over party before heading to the airport.

Here is the color finished up. I painted with a roller and a hand brush for cutting in around the edges. The paint color is “Sierra Madre” by Ace. I am actually pretty happy about how the wall looks after my patching – there are very few spots that show any of the previous wear.

This is 440 Coke points

On Sunday I picked up Orin and we ran to the dump to drop off our cardboard recycling. I spied a substantial stack of 12 pack boxes and nabbed the Coke product ones. They have a 10 code per week limit, so it will take me a few weeks to get these all entered.
