oh oh oh!! RED ALERT. red alert of the highest, Zieak-ish order! the glass thing. the glass holder ~ is that within your skill set? I saw a similar one being used for a large family (It lived on the countertop, and each child’s name was wood-burned into the impression for their glass — cuts down on clutter, washing, sorting and wasting drinks throughout the day) Please let me know if you think it’s reproducible. by you. for a reasonable price. Or an unreasonable price, I don’t care. (I need like three) Fun to see your pictures.
I could definitely make something along those lines – maybe have the holes go all the way through the paddle? Then it could be reversible. I could hand-burn the letters in with my soldering iron… That would be pretty cheap!

I’ll keep my eyes open for cool slabs of wood. This would be excellent!
I bet you could find some nice pieces of wood at the thrift stores in your area. Look for an old cutting board. I can sand it smooth and put a few coats of polyurethane on it and make anything look new. I’ll keep an eye out here too!
