Dear Eva,
Perhaps you could try being a little nicer to your customers in the future. Today you were quite rude to the 20 or so people that were in the Ketchikan terminal using our complimentary $6 vouchers for food. Our flight was running 3 hours late due to mechanical problems on your airline’s flight 65. Some of us were hungry and the realization that we wouldn’t arrive until 2 instead of 11 caused a mad scramble for the single concessions stand in the security area. My girlfriend forgot her boarding pass in the rush. I might have understood your insisting that I go onboard and return with her ID or boarding pass if we were outside of the secure area. But doesn’t TSA check ID and boarding pass before allowing people into the secure area? Didn’t the 1,000 frequent flier certificate given to us at the bottom of the stairs as we got off the plane indicate that we were on that flight? Perhaps just a nicer tone would have seemed like you were sypathetic. But how could you have known tha
t we have flown 13 different flights on five airlines in and out of 6 different countries in the last month? Your rudeness was an awakening for us - we’re obviously home now.
