I think i’ll try another weekly feature. Flashback Fridays will showcase what i was writing about that week during the past four years of blogging.
A year ago the new pool was about to open.
Two years ago i wrote a list of projects i was working on. That included a chair made of skis, a table from crutches, an aquarium from an old tv, an mp3 server, clocks, a Lego phone, decorations, and a spare tire cover. I have none of them done except the spare tire cover. In the comments Karna reminded me of a table i had promised to make her. She reminded me the other day too. I really think i will work on it this weekend.
Three years ago a friend died. I heard that i offended the family a little by writing about it but in reading what i wrote i can not really see what angered anyone. I suppose unexpected death like that really generates a need to have resolution. I have never understood and yet completely admired devout religious people that do not mourn and say that they are in a better place and it was God’s plan.
Four years ago i was in the process of shifting my website publishing from manual updates to using a blog publishing service for my posts.
