I’m really starting to get old.  I’ve been encouraging Karna and Cena to max their contributions to their IRA’s.  I spend my free time working on the house.  Instead of TV, video games, or children my time is filled by work.  And now i’m about to blog about my net worth.

My assets vs. liabilities were trending slightly upward until i added the house to my net worth statement.  That more than doubled my net worth.  In June it was just under $21,000 and now it sits at just over $44,000.  I have a few substantial arrangements that should help my net worth grow quickly.  Beth is renting our apartment for at least another 4 months.  Lux Boutique is paying a portion of the mortgage also.  Between those two Cena and i would only need to kick in $10.19 each to make the mortgage payment.  Instead we’ll continue to contribute as we have for the past few years so we’ll be paying more than $1,200 each month toward the mortgage principle.  I have a $4,000 contract for some web work and with the addition of Zoom Bikes to my list of projects i should have one more source for a little income.  In theory my net worth should increase by $2-3,000 per month assuming i resume DJing at Kito’s Kave this fall.
