I have an RSS feed of NRPA jobs fed to my Google homepage.  I don’t really check them often but do keep my eye on them.  Since I’m in Scottsdale, Arizona at this moment this one definitely caught my eye.

So when i checked it it pays pretty well…

Of course, any consideration of a new job for me has to include DJ income as well as the new commitment to Zoom Bikes.  (Not to mention the mortgage and Lux…)  I do love my job and Petersburg but career wise i have topped out.  There are not going to be any huge projects but there are many smaller ones to complete.  My pay will probably only crawl up at a maximum of $1,500 a year.  (72 cents an hour based on a 40 hour workweek.)  With Bruce retiring i don’t know what kind of a supervisor i’ll end up with which throws one more wild card into the future.  Suddenly $80,000 looks really attractive.  But i’ll wait and see.
