Upcoming vacation in Scottsdale, Arizona

Cena and I decided we needed a real vacation.  Not one of those trips where one of us had to work and the other got to tag along – a real vacation.  So to skip the hassles of swapping my timeshare with Sunterra we just booked a stay at my home resort (which i have …

MC Farland

Tonight i am MCing a retirement party.  I wondered if i was asked to do it because my last name starts with MC.  Cena said it was because i’m witty, charming, and nice to look at.  So i asked.  Kathy said that she couldn’t say i was those things or it would be sexual harassment.  …

Blogger’s Choice nomination

Thank you Erika for the nomination for Best Geek Blog, Best Blog About Stuff, and Best Photography Blog in the Blogger’s Choice Awards.  While i am flattered by the nominations i’m sure not expecting an invitation to the award ceremony in November.  It is a neat place to peruse for new reading material though.

New laptop

I have been using a Sony laptop for my DJing and web design projects for a few years now. It has been frustrating me for quite a while though. The fan on it runs constantly and it overheats. It is so loud that it overpowers the rest of the sounds around me. So even though …
