While trying to avoid watching shows that i’ll later watch on DVD in my hotel room i got sucked into an X-Files marathon. In an episode taking place in Alaska, the characters find themselves exposed to a parasite and have to strip to show each other that they are not showing symptoms. Mulder quips “Before anyone passes judgment, let me remind you we are in the Arctic.” Interestingly, of all the dry humor Mulder had during the run of that show this one line has stuck with me for years. It was neat that it was on tonight.
