While at a Wellness Committee meeting for the Petersburg School District a kid put this on my office door. Little does he know that the decision to restrict the content of the vending machines was ultimately made by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Judging by the meeting yesterday that change was inevitable. Kids are getting obese and it is not something i should have on my conscience - i work in recreation!
