If you go to a Boy Scout Jamboree you will be in a troop of 36 youth with 4 adults. A group from Alaska went to this event that happens every four years. Today was the first day – a day to set up tents and your gateway to your site. Not a day for an entire troop’s adult leadership to die. The Jamboree will not be very pleasant for those troop members. The homecoming will be painful also.

We went and saw the last Star Wars movie on Friday night. Darth Vader came to town to check it out too.

I really would like to be able to make photo uploads form my phone directly to this blog. It isn’t as easy as i’d like it to be though. So sometimes my updates take a little time. I have been playing around a little with splashblog though and i do like the results.

This slug was pretty big. It had almost half of its body raised up and it seemed to be sniffing the air.

This little bird was in the middle of the street. I stopped my car and hustled the little guy to the curb. I then cupped my hands around him to give him a boost onto the sidewalk and he started flying as i boosted him up.
