I just finished sleeping 10 hours. If i bend over my head feels explosive. My cell phone has an annoying buzz almost all the time. Even when in my office which is about 75 feet from the base of the tower the cell company uses. So yesterday i finally got pissed and called for a replacement (under warranty for another two months). No big hassle because the buzzing is a known problem. The big hassle is because they ship via DHL only. And of course, the gal in India just could not get any address to work for the replacement to be shipped to. DHL apparently does not deliver to Petersburg. And PalmOne will not ship via any other method. I can usually multi-task. I had been chating with a friend online but had to focus on making sure this Indian woman spelled “Petersburg” correctly. Further complicated by my head cold - she was getting “Mitkos” out of me saying Mitkof and then spelling it out. She just kept asking me for other addresses. “Don’t you have another address to send this to?” Of course i do. I just would have to get on a jet to go retrieve it. Finally we were able to settle on shipping it to Seattle and having Cena’s mom forward it to me. Then I’ll have to send the defective unit down to her to send on for me. Of course - they must receive it within 15 days or i end up fined. I asked for a note to be put on my file to say that it may take longer than two weeks. Bah. Damn outsourcing.

I enjoy the matrimonial section of their classifieds. And I like to imagine the possible ads we could all write for ourselves/siblings to market them, if that were our culture. interesting.
