Red meat is fine in moderation, but the average american male upon autopsy is found to have 7 lbs. of rotting meat in their intestinal track…..so be sure to eat lots of fiber!
i just heard about that 7 lbs. of rotting meat thing… if you really think about it wouldn’t you be your body mass in lbs. of rotting meat if you’re having an autopsy performed on you.
i’m trying to increase my red meat consumption

Intestines myth
It does warn that drug use like Elvis’ can lead to an impacted colon. It also says that less than one pound of impacted pomegranates will cause some serious pain in the old crap factory. Bring on the bacon!
I have seriously and consciously cut down on my red meat consumption. I have increased my fish and mystery meat consumption.
translation: Red meat is too expensive for me to buy. I eat tuna from a can. And balogna.
