Ryan Welde, Kari and i have talked about doing some climbing on the climbing wall this week. I just got back from lunch and had this message from Ryan’s supervisor at his workplace…

We get these junk faxes at work sometimes. I largely ignore them but sometimes i get fed up with them squandering our paper and ink. So i fax them back a few sheets of black construction paper.

Over the weekend i wrapped up the website for the Rainbow Glacier Christian Camp. I also picked up a new web project on Friday to fill this void.

I use the interweb a lot. And in my years of abusing google on a daily basis i have never seen this before. Sorry everybody. I broke the interweb.

I have been seeing a lot of these gimmicks around lately. If you go to this site and fill in your zip code it supposedly checks to see if you qualify to test and keep a free laptop. I was impressed with the lack of physique on 90% of the models. They really did have the heroin addict look. There were perhaps two or three that were actually pretty in my opinion – and not remarkably those few had flesh and far fewer bones visible. My sister flew in to NY from Missouri to surprise me (and a few other family members) while i was back east. The banquet that i was key note speaker for went well (in my opinion). It didn’t rival the one Kevin put on in ’93 though. I had a City Council meeting Tuesday night and a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meeting Wednesday night. Thursday i plan on going to fire drill. Friday night i’ll dj again. Saturday is the Chamber of Commerce annual banquet. And on the seventh day…

Tinker tinker… In my freeware search i stumbled upon miFiles which i have been using to ftp the site updates. Now all i need is a decent wysiwyg html program and i’ll be happy with my software lineup (for a little while). As you see, i added the random header images again and did a little bit of other color and style changes. I have drifted quite a bit from the last major revision that used an off-the-shelf blogger template.
