I have been doing a little looking into this “free iPod” thing i keep seeing in spots on the interweb thingy. Here’s what happens…
You sign up here.
They spam your email account a little. (Although i used a brand new email account to sewe how much i get and have not received any yet.)
You sign up for a credit card or Columbia House or BMG or something.
You refer 5 friends and they sign up.
You get a new iPod.
I read that they are behind on their shipments because Apple’s production is not keeping up with demand. But it might be worth the little extra spam. I applied for the eBay credit card because it carries just an 8.9% interest rate. One of my current cards has a 21.99% rate. And there is something called eBay anything points associated with the credit card that i’ll need to check out now too. I figure, no annual fee, low interest rate, no big risk to me.
So if you want to be one of my 5 referrals just click here. (wink, wink)

With the flurry of comments on this site lately i reactivated the cookie that figures out if there are new posts since your last visit. Naturally, this won’t be accurate if you use more than one computer to check the site. Unfortunately, it starts off assuming that all the posts are new to you.

Can anyone tell me if i should be looking forward to Friday because it will only be showers or if Friday it will come down harder than the “rain” of the rest of the week?

Not to be outdone by the Republican party’s presidential photos, the Democrats also sent me a “photo”…

As you can see - the envelope clearly stated that the contents shouldn’t be bent.

The glare shows the damage done to my photograph by the postal service. That’s alright. I mailed my peso anyway. There was no promise of a bumper sticker though.
