I have been doing a little looking into this “free iPod” thing i keep seeing in spots on the interweb thingy. Here’s what happens…
You sign up here.
They spam your email account a little. (Although i used a brand new email account to sewe how much i get and have not received any yet.)
You sign up for a credit card or Columbia House or BMG or something.
You refer 5 friends and they sign up.
You get a new iPod.
I read that they are behind on their shipments because Apple’s production is not keeping up with demand. But it might be worth the little extra spam. I applied for the eBay credit card because it carries just an 8.9% interest rate. One of my current cards has a 21.99% rate. And there is something called eBay anything points associated with the credit card that i’ll need to check out now too. I figure, no annual fee, low interest rate, no big risk to me.
So if you want to be one of my 5 referrals just click here. (wink, wink)

Sorry. It looks like they only offer the 20 gig versions.
