Aargh. I just wrote a nice lengthy post about my car grille. Lost it with an accidental keyboard shortcut for “back” in the browser. So two before and two after photos will have to do. That’s 4,000 words right?
Yes. I know. Now both sides don’t have trim under the headlamp. I’ll eventually get to that. One piece of solid stainless steel across the front covering those gaps and the one below the perforated piece. But for now i at least have a grille - i have been driving around without one at all for some time now. Hey, now my car is more distinctive - maybe i can remove the rubber chicken…

For now i have no plans to fix the split in the bumper. Maybe someday i’ll replace it entirely with a factory one. I’d like to rhino-coat the whole car - well, all the metal body parts.
