I think it was after last year’s Talk Like a Pirate Day that my fascination grew for odd celebrations. After I found a list of silly events, i wanted some way to have them posted on my website so when I opened my browser that day’s celebration would be shown. I finally found a script that lets me do it.

We had a great time celebrating Talk like a Pirate Day. I thought a bunch of guys at work just thought it up, Shiver Me Timbers, I didn’t know it was for real. Cool.
