The archives are not working for some reason (have not been since shortly after i bragged about getting them running. The comments are not quite working the way i want them to either. But i was able to get the titles of my posts to show up again. It took learning some php and xml. I just have not learned enough to make the comments work where (and how) i want them to.

Since the Pilot didn’t run any of the pictures from the accident last week here are a few.

If you eat something and you call it “ingest” would it be called “outgest” when you excrete it? I was thinking that if “digest” was maybe the second phase of eating that perhaps chewing and swallowing would be called “monogest“. But it turns out that monogest is “a synthetic progestational hormone with actions similar to those of progesterone but functioning as a more potent inhibitor of ovulation. It has weak estrogenic and androgenic properties. The hormone has been used in treating amenorrhea, functional uterine bleeding, endometriosis, and for contraception.” and “trigest”? Well, it is a dietary supplement of course!

Two months ago i was honing my css skills and proposed a redesign of the SEAtrails site. I am currently the site designer and it does have a lot of similarity to my site a few months ago. But I’m doing that for free. The draft one i’d like to be paid for since SEAtrails has almost a half a million dollars to work with. Most of the links don’t work. But if you click on “[map]” in the right hand column and then click on “Petersburg” on the map that comes up you’ll see the direction I was going with the site.

This will be another post about frozen pipes. No. Correction. All you need to know is that I didn’t cuss (too much) or throw anything or break anything. And then my friend Mike sent me this image without having heard of my battle with the plumbing this year. Things could have been worse.

Today is National Toilet Day!
“Dirty toilets attract the wrong crowd” the posters below state. (I cropped them significantly. See the originals here.) It also says “Please help keep our public toilets clean. Avoid squatting on the seats. Remember to flush. Clean up before you leave. And please keep the floor dry.”
